I have a recent charge on my bill £40 which I now won't have to pay, how will it be removed ?

Can you explain what the charge was and how you do not have to pay it then we maybe able to advise as we are all customers like you.

You will likely get a credit on your account which will show as a refund next month.

If you are expecting a refund it will likely show as a minus figure under recent charges.

It was a data charge via ship from Wales to Ireland which caught me out, free roaming doesn't apply it seems, I was totally unaware and complained, apparently a lot of people are unaware and need to be told this, I still have to get ferry home, my data will be switched off

Ah yes cruise ships or ferries have their own networks so the charges will be extortionate

Thanks for clarification as others have said just keep checking I. Myo2 for the reversal of the charge
