Charge to o2 account from old Xbox account

Hi,

I have a charge of £13.99 on my o2 mobile phone account from the Microsoft Store. This charge is from an old Microsoft account on Xbox which i no longer have access to. I have no access to the Microsoft account either as this was set up by a friend. I have tried to cancel this through Myo2 but no look and asiv mentioned Microsoft cannot find my account through my mobile. I suspect the account was setup on an email address linked to another accout.

Can anyone help? im being charge £13.99 extra ontop on my monthly bill and cannot cancel it.

Call O2 and ask them to place a bar to charge to mobile on your account.
