You need to contact customer service as we have no access to your account here on the community.
As them if there is a block on your charge to mobile. It could even be that you have reached your spend limit this month.
Give them a call in the morning, around 8.30 is the best time.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on Charge to Mobile?
You should only buy what you can afford to pay for.
If you're on Pay As You Go, you can spend up to the limit of your credit. If you're on Pay Monthly, anything you buy will be added to your monthly bill. The amount you can spend depends on how long you've been a customer, how much you normally spend and if you pay your bill on time.
Some sellers set their own spending limits too.

It won’t let me use charge to mobile anymore
and ~ just a little word of warning,
be cautious you don't get caught
by scammers on these "charge to mobile"
