Hi, I am currently using a free trial from a SIP provider to test SIP trunking. They have allocated me some numbers beginning with 056 to test incoming calls. (I didn't know 056 prefixed numbers existed until now, but apparently they are given by some SIP providers).
I'm wanting to test these by calling them from my phone on an O2 contract Tarrif, and had a quick look in the O2 Help & Support regarding call charges.
I know 01, 02, 03, 0800 numbers etc. are included in my minutes, but I couldn't find anything regarding an 056 number.
Could anyone advise me on whether these are treated as standard numbers included in my tarrif, or if not, what are they charged at?

Hi @jren207 Have a look at these numbers. Check through each section. Should give you all the info you need https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/other-numbers-and-charges

056 prefix is classed as a service number.
The service charges in the table below are now split into two parts. Take a look at the total cost per minute to call these numbers. Calls to these numbers aren't included as part of your inclusive minutes on Pay Monthly tariffs or your free minutes allowance on Pay As You Go tariffs.
