I bought and pay monthly for my grandsons phone, he has had two bills over £121, as he lives away from me, I have tried to have a cap put on the amount he spends, but am unable to contact o2, by phone, I have been on web chat, but as I don't have access to his last calls, o2 will not pass me through security, I can't get onto myo2, what does anyone suggest that I do to try to put a cap on this bill.

Hi @Paw
If the contract is in your name then you are the account holder. O2 can't refuse you permission to access
the account. Does your grandson manage his own O2?
Either way, you are the account holder and as such you can apply a spend cap to the account.
