Why did o2 send me a letter saying I was in arrears when I stopped billing this month?

@walworth
Probably because you had a last bill to be paid??
The best thing to do is call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 and they can advise

When you say you stopped billing, what do you mean @walworth ?
If you called to cancel, and then cancelled the direct debit, then it might be there is an outstanding balance from your final bill (assuming it was cancelled).
Call o2 (on the number on the letter) or use 0800 902 0217 to call the payment management team directly.
As it is an 0800 number you can call it for free using Skype - Guide: A Guide to Skype

The staff of o2 has already helped me deal with it earlier this month and there is no arrears. Why would you send a similar email? I really have paid all the arrears

It could be the letter has crossed, but no one on here will know as this isn't customer services, you will need to reach out on the phone number me and @gmarkj have provided and speak to o2
