I have purchased a SIM card only contract and have had the new SIM card and activated it. O2 said that I did not have to change the SIM card for the new one. I now have my original contract still active with my original mobile number and also have the SIM card only contract with a new mobile number. I want to cancel the original contract and keep my original mobile number for the new SIM card only contract. O2 are a total waste of time. Any suggestions please

You need to ask customer service to migrate your number to the new contract
That would automatically end the first contract
