Changing to SIM only

My contract is now coming to an end and I've elected to stay with O2 but go SIM only...... will my direct debit automatically change to the new lower rate? or do I need to do anything

If you were on refresh before @Phoenix59  then yes it will drop to a lower rate.

If you took the deal with a 3rd party you need to upgrade to a SIM only deal.

To be honest, it is worth looking anyway as the new deals may be of better value.
