Changing to PAYG when contract ends

How do I change my SIM to pay as you go when my contract ends?

The people in the O2 shop told me to call up O2 but then the person on the phone told me I could just do it online. However, the only options online are for just changing the contract tariff.

Yes on 202 only. Just call them when you are ready and they will finalise your account and send you a P&G sim.

Take into account when you do this it can take from an hour to twenty four to fully re activate your Network Services.

One tip is to arrange for your phone to be unlocked to all networks while on contract as this is free.
