I'm a bit of a cow, I'd phone up and declare it lost and stolen and get it IMEI and sim barred so he can't even use the phone. You can get a new sim and use it yourself, and if you do get the phone back then you can request the IMEI bar to be lifted.

I would report it stolen to the Police and tell them where it is. I would of course make a demand for the phone back beforehand.
I fear Emma is a bit too upset for the aggro..... I feel like offering to go and get it back for her! Smiley Wink

I don't think he would, hes getting company phone so he has no use for it, it wasn't a gift. It was a loan, that i never recieved back.
He said i could get the sim card back if i really want it.
I just wouldnt be able to afford his tariff
