Changing the date of my direct debit

I'm just wondering if anyone knows how I go about changing the date of my direct debit? I prefer for all my bills to go out on the same date and my direct debit date is for about a week and a half after then. I cant seem to get through on the phone as they're only accepting certain calls and cant seem to find an email address to even ask them for help there.
