I was just wondering if anyone would be able to give me some advance and support, I’m looking to change my tariff and on the bottom it says “if you confirm, your next tariff will start on ........ and will cost £24.64 a month. You will continue to pay £20 a month for your device plan” does this mean I will be paying an additional £20 for changing my tariff so my new airtime plan will be £44.64?

You are already paying your device plan so that will not change.

Your bill is made up of a device plan and an airtime plan, so in your example, yes, you will pay £44.64 a month.
