I have just ordered a sim card from o2,but Can I keep my sim from 3 in my phone and register it with o2? as I want to keep all my contacts and not lose anyone

No, you need to use the O2 sim so copy any contacts from your sim to your phone first.

You'll also need to port your number into O2.

@Biscuit Contacts aren't normally stored on the sim card. Your contacts are stored in the internal storage of your current phone, and if you have a Google account your contacts should be stored there too. If you have an iPhone your contacts will also be on your phone and in iCloud.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
