Changing ownership

Hi 

I am wanting to change ownership of the account holder. The account is in my name but paid from the owners bank. I was wondering how I go about changing it to her. We discussed this in store and where told when it’s been paid by a different owner by name and bank account for a certain amount of time this can be done.

Changing ownership can't be done as easily as that I'm afraid. You can change the bank the account is paid from but not the owners name. (although I gather the other person is paying for tthe device from her bank?) She would have to take a contract out in her name and go through credit checks. 

You are stuck in a loop of being the account holder, until the device is paid off.
