I’m leaving O2 because they really do not care about your customers.
And now after many times complaining about the same thing, O2 are making difficult to give me a pac code.

Make sure you check coverage by getting free sims for the other networks before committing to a new contract.

What’s the betting they’ll be back after a few weeks

What makes you think that?

O2 have upset 100s of 1000s of customers in the run up to Christmas. I doubt many will be back

A big shame really because there are some great things about O2, not least this forum.

Sadly, for a reason or two they've got a bit left behind with 4G coverage which a possible solution could be just around the corner in th form of Band 40 2300mHz frequency acquisition. O2 really need 20mhz of the 40mhz on offer to do any good, then they need to introduce it onto the network ASAP.

If you're leaving O2 its regreattable but be sure to check out whether or not your new network actually works where you want it to. Ignore claims of 'We've got the best coverage' because even the best ones can fail in certain places.
