Changing my payment date

Hello I’ve been through all of the systems on my 02 to try and get somewhere where I can change my date it takes me to pages that tell me to call up when I try to call up it doesn’t let me through as it’s not fraud or a payment so how can I change my date it is fairly urgent that I sort this soon

You have to call O2 to change your payment date. All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Press fraud or lost and stolen if you need to get through to speak to someone. They will deal with your request.
