Hello,

I have a new dual SIM phone (1 physical; 1 e-sim). It is a Google Pixel 8 pro work phone. 

My physical work SIM is NOT O2 and is in my new phone.

I want to install my personal O2 SIM onto my new device but I currently have a physical SIM. Hence I need to change it to an e-sim. I've looked up all guidance and I cannot work out how to do this. Please help.
