I have a new bank account and need to change my direct debit how do I do this ?

Welcome to the Community Forum.

You can do most things in your MYO2 or ring o2 Cs on 202 if you wish.

Something like this i would ring o2.

Bear in mind that you need to make any changes at least 6 working days before to allow the changes to take effect.
