I need to change my billing date so my payment comes out later. I can't do this over the phone because it's not classed as priority. I was told to do it in MyO2, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do it on there. Every help page I go to says you have to do it over the phone, which I can't do at the moment because it's not priority, so I'm landed back at the start of the circle again and again. Is there any way around this? Can anyone help????
