Hello,
I need to change the name on my account, and my email address linked to my account.
I also wanted to change the bank account which my direct debit comes out of if possible.

The email and bank details can be changed by logging into your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and going to "Manage my details".

My account holder name is still showing as 'smile', which is obviously not my name as the account holder, but the name of the co-op bank. I have no idea how it got there, but it looks like it's going to stay there, even though it's obviously invalid and isn't even my bank any more.

As long as the account number and sort code are correct, it will work OK.
