Changing my Tariff

I changed my tariff to £10 big bundle, and then I proceeded to top up my phone with £10. I originally had the £5 bundle, and so instead of taking away £10 and giving me 6GB of data, they took away £5 and kept me with my old tariff, with no data. My internet in my house isn’t working and I need this data since school is starting soon. I don’t want to put in another £10 and waste £5. What do?

Hi @Idksomething

Did you get a text telling you that your tariff had changed and to top up? Best thing you can do is to give 4445 from your phone and tell them what you did ( it could be that you tariff didn't have time to change over ), they will be able to sort it for you.
