I've just switched my daughters phone from tesco to a deal with o2 I gave the advisor the pak code and he said that it would be switched automatically but it hasnt?

I didn't realise it had been that long!

Give O2 a call tomorrow at 8am. (Avoid live chat) All numbers in this guide. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Keep rebooting the phone.

In fact I will tag an account advisor to your post and see if they can help tomorrow.
