I've just switched my daughters phone from tesco to a deal with o2 I gave the advisor the pak code and he said that it would be switched automatically but it hasnt?

Oh okay I didnt realise it could take a while, its been over a week now so I'll just wait and hopefully it will switch over.

Keep rebooting the phone.
