Changing handsets

I have just upgraded to the Samsung galaxy s20 ultra and have had second thoughts. I would like to change to the s20+ but have no way of doing so as i have not recieved the handset yet because of backlog of pre orders. Is there any way of just cancelling it and getting a new handset or do i have to wait to receive it and then go through the process of sending it back and waiting again?

It's not your fault the phone is out of stock. However you may have the same problem with the S20+

You'll need to wait and take delivery then change under the 14 day change of mind policy https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy
