I am currently on the £10 data Big Bundle Tariff but I would like to change to the £6 5gb 12 month contract. Every time I have tried to do this online and on the my o2 app I have gotten an error.

You would be best either signing up for a new contract without trying to migrate your number and then migrate once you have the sim only deal..
Or speak to the sales team

I have no way of signing up without my current number as I need to add it to verify that I am on sim only before I complete check out
