Hi, 

 

Just wondering if i can change the email my monthly o2 billing emails goes to?

Hi it is possible to change it.
Log in to your myO2 account and go to my details. See if you can make any changes to your email.

If it doesn't work then you have to call customer service tomorrow for help. The best time to call is 8am and try the number ending with 4005.

Also the online chat seems to be coming on and off so try to see if you can reach someone there

When you log into your account, look for manage my details. With that look for username. Usually your username is your email account. You can change your username (email account to a different email account) there.

If you're able to do that there should be no need to call customer service
