Solved: Changing contracts and keeping old number

I have a new phone with a new contract. I want to cancel my old SIM only monthly contract but keep the number and transfer it to the sun on the new phone. How do I do this? I went to an 02 shop and they said phone 202 but that just tells me to go to my 02 which doesn't help.
