Can anyone help me please? I need to change the bank details for the direct debit. If i go online it only allows me to change the account number and sort code, and not the account name, but i need to change this as well. It says to "Contact Us" to do this, but trying to get hold of someone in customer service is incredibly frustrating, and their contact us links on the website just take you round and round in circles.

You need to go into MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Along the top of the page you will see various headings. It's in the section BILLS AND CURRENT CHARGES. Drop down box will show "Change payment or address details" and payment details will allow you to change your bank details. O2 will send you a text to make sure it's you.
