Solved: Changing bank account name

Hi. I am trying to change the bank account details on my account and it says I must contact O2 in order to change the name of the bank account holder

please could you offer some assistance.

You can change it under your billing details in your MyO2

Sadly this isn't fully correct. You can change the account number and sort code online, but if your actual name has changed, then you need to contact O2. Just trying to sort this for myself.
