How do you change your bank account details that are used for pay monthly sim only contract.

@butters login to your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and go to the Manage my details section.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

I am on my laptop and can assure you it does have that option @butters

My Details.PNG

You just click on the blue sentence Manage my details and it will take you to the sections you can change.

If your bank details have changed you could use the current account switch service to bring direct debits including those for O2 over to your new bank.

 

Some banks offer switch incentives if you do this

 

Failing that as previously advised the option to change bank account details is in myO2. If you can’t see it try using a desktop browser

It is available on the My O2 App, I have just checked.

Log in and find the 3 lines on the left at the top. The section required is 'PAYMENT AND BILLING DETAILS'

Click on that and the option to change is in there.
