Hi All,

I am currently being charged £12.00 for 5mbps a month but can see offers of 10mbps for £8.00 on other platforms from O2. Now I am able to purchase the new 10mbps but how do I cancel my current airtime only tariff?

It might be me as I get older but this website is not the easiest to navigate.

You need to choose to upgrade to a SIM only in your MyO2
