Hi and Welcome to the forum,
As said you can ask for a Payg blank sim card in any O2 store. They are free.
They can perform the sim swap instore for you and it takes up to 24 hours but is sometimes faster.
Or ask for one to be posted to you and perform the swap yourself either by texting SWAP to 20220, or via the online link http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/
The service will first stop on your old sim card and then insert your new sim card and the service will after a period of time depending on how busy the network is start on it. The key is to keep turning your phone off and on to help it reset.
Your original mobile number and tariff then will be transferred onto your new sim.

Thank you for your answer.
I did yesterday the "swap my sim" on the website but I was confused at the end because there wasn't any message saying that a new card would be sent to my address.
Are you saying that they will? How mutch time will it take to arrive?

doing the swapmysim will not get you a new sim you needed one before doing it.

Hi,
If you can as said in the earlier posts go to your most local O2 shop to get a blank Sim card. Its the serial number on the blank sim that you need to input into the swapmysim procedure.
You can then start the procedure again or better still as said ask the person in the shop to do this for you.

Indeed it won't!
But if that's what you're told to do.....
