Changing Payment Details

Hi

I am looking to change the bank account that my bill comes out of, do I need to call someone or go in a shop or can I do this online?

Go into My O2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Click on billing details

Scroll down to where it says View payment details (you will have to set up a 4 digit pin if you haven't already done so)

Click on it and then click on change payment details.

You can only change it if there are 7 working days clear before the direct debit is due to be taken.

@Anonymous I'm not 100% certain but I think you can change your details on your My O2 page. Alternatively you can call customer service on 202 from your phone. Best time to call is early morning (8 am) to avoid long wait times.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
