Changing Name on Account

Anonymous
Not applicable

My Wife died in  2008  yet despite several calls O2 STILL MANAGES TO PUT A DECEASED PERSON NAME ON THE ACCOUNT ..

This is totally incorrect  and contravenes several UK remits .

How does one get this amended .  more so since I have altered the tariff in the last two weeks .

Sorry to hear this.
Call CS on 202 and explain.
They have a dedicated dept to deal with this kind of situation so they should put you through or at least put you in contact with them.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

It used to be a simple thing to do. Fax to the bereavement dept and they would change it. I've dealt with two deaths but had to close the accounts. Hope they can sort this out with Toby's help.
