Changing My Phone Contract From Personal To Business

Both mine and my wifes contracts ended last month,we now wish to have two buisness contracts with our original numbers.

Could anyone explain the best way to do this and what infomation O2 needs regarding company details and old contract details.

I would suggest you ring 202 from your phone and chat to customer service.

I would ring the business sales line and explain the situation and what tariffs etc you want.

0800 028 0202 if 202 customer serrvices cannot help or try 8002 from you consumer mobile

Just remember some consumer services are not available but some benefits with business contracts.

Normally just company name etc is required and the swap of numbers etc will be painless (was some 9 years ago)
