Hi There,
I cannot seem to setup a Direct Debit on my device plan and constantly receive messages saying bill now over due. I cannot find it anywhere on my O2 and everytime I call the customer sevices number after a mintute it says ' Good bye '
I want to speak with someone or be advised how to setup the Direct debit on the O2 website, nothing leads to me to this.
PLEASE HELP!!

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Edited to add, if this is a new contract, it should have already been set up for you by O2?
