Hi, I need to change my bank details to set up my monthly direct debit. I can't see a way to do this on my account. Can you point me in the right direction.

If you just want to change the bank details on an existing direct debit you can do this in My O2. Just open your latest bill and click on change payment details. You will have to set up a 4 digit pin if it is the first time you have viewed or amended details so you need your phone at hand.
