Changed to a new number - when will my bill update?

Ok so a friend of mine has changed their number due to abuse. This happened a couple of days ago, but their live billing data is still not coming through. 

How long before billing data for the new number will appear? Will it be the end of the month?

I wouldn't if thought changing the number would have an effect.

Phone them on 202 for clarification ref the account is probably your best solution.
