I have just changed to a sim only contract, do I have to reactivate my old sim ?

What did you have before?
How did you change - did you upgrade or take out a new contract?
If you were on a pay monthly, and you upgraded, then continue to use the old sim.
If you were on pay monthly and took a new deal/contract, then you will now have 2 lines running.
If you were on pay as you go, you will have been sent a new sim and you need to use that.

Hi @Maz1 

If you upgraded  from a pay monthly contact, you can use your old sim in the phone.

Everything is changed on your account, not the sim.
