I am on a 24 month contract which included Iphone- and this is now up for renewal. I want to switch from current tariff, to SIM only 12 month tariff. I cannot find options to do this on the app or website, only options to upgrade with a new phone. I’ve searched help topics, which take me back to upgrade with new phone tariffs. I just want to switch to sim only, and keep number. TIA 🙂

In your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 choose upgrade then sim only.

Hi thanks so much.. when I choose upgrade it only gives me options of choosing a new phone and tariff... no option to choose sim only. Tried on app and desktop site but cannot find it. When I choose phones there is still no sim only option there either 😞
