Solved: Change to SIM only

I dont use my phone enough to warrant the airtime charge. O2 have a SIM only deal £9 but I have just over 2 years to go on my phone contract with them. If I pay outstanding balance on phone, could I switch to SIM only?

@June15 Yes you can. If you pay off your device you can cancel your current airtime and switch to a sim only contract. You'd just have to weigh up how much it would save you in the long run by doing this, as paying off two years of your device in one go will probably not be cheap.
