I am currently on 120G unlimited calls and txts for £20 a month, but I saw you’re advert on tv for 250G for £22 and every time I have called you for this I get cut off!
I spoke to one of you’re operatives called “Tim” last night and he said that he would call me back with a deal that would help me but he never did. I have been a customer of yours for around 20 years now and I don’t like being treated like this
considering the money I have paid you over the years. You’re customer service is shocking! As someone talks me through the contract miraculously I get cut off again. Why? All I want to do is extend my contract with you with something better
that YOU are advertising! I don’t appreciate being fobbed off by being hung up on and then ignored!

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If eligible for an upgrade, you can do so in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
If not, you'll need to wait until you can upgrade or pay off what you owe on the current contract first.
