My contract has just completed and my job has been impacted by Covid-19 so I need to downgrade my tarrif to something sensible but the only option I have online (website or app) is to upgrade to a £50/month tarriff.  I tried contacting customer support on phone but was told this wasn't important.  Is there anyone I can speak to about this and if so how can I reach them?

Hi @ShadowKoBolt

When you go to the online shop choose to UPGRADE to a sim only plan. You will keep your phone but have a new plan to suit. You will also keep your same number.
