I tried to change the tariff and the payment was complete but now I don’t have any tariff going on and I can’t access neither

It can take 24hrs for your tariff to be updated in myo2... and you dont normally have to pay to change tariff so are you sure you are not on PAYG as if you want to start it early you need to speak to customer services
