Change tariff date

Hi I have been trying to change my tariff date to the first of every month due to me getting paid then I have phoned the number provided and can’t get through to anybody to help me 0800 902 0217 and now my contract has been put on hold until it is paid I don’t mind paying for the extra days until then when the bill is due how do I go about sorting this thanks ?

Im afraid you will have to keep trying with the Payment Management Team, they open at 8am in the Morning, or you can try Customer Services and see if they can transfer you through:

Call 0344 809 0202 when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

@Bensealey That is the Payment Management Team number. You need to keep trying.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

Edit: I don't know if they are able to assist with late payments, but I will tag the O2 online account advisors. @Thomaso1 or @O2Waqas can you help?
