The phone SIM&nbsp (REMOVED) was bought to use for our local tennis club, and I am now standing down as Treasurer. How do I change the contact details for this number to the new Treasurer without changing the details for my own phone SIMs?

You cant on Pay Monthly, the tennis club or the person taking over will need to sign up to an o2 contract and then you need to migrate the number to that contract, and if need be pay off any outstanding term...

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

The other option if out of contract is get the Tennis Club to sign up to a PAYG sim such as 1p Mobile or GiffGaff, and then port the number out..

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

I see you have posted in the Pay Monthly section,  so who pays the bill for the phone?

Is it the tennis club?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here

Give O2 a call on  202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract)  4445 or 0344 809 0222 (PAYG)

Or you can message O2 on social media on Instagram https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW).

The only info we have on 'change of ownership' is here, although I'm  not sure it's exactly what you need as this seems to be a unique situation.
