Hi,

Can someone from O2 advise on how to change payment details - I currently pay my son's account but as he is no longer in full time education, he can pay it himself. Please advise on how this is done.

If all you want to do is change the bank details @keithjp85 , log in to the account and go to "bills and current charges", then "change payment or address details" and follow the screens through.

You'll get 2 text messages - one with a security warning and the second with a code. Use the code to enter the next screen, then click the link that says "change payment details" and you can change the sort code and account number.

Make sure you do this more than 7 days before the next payment is due otherwise there might be issues with the direct debit.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
