Hi, id like to change the date my payment is taken each month please.

@Lauren-robinson This is not O2. This is a customer community.

If you are on the new billing system you can change it on your MyO2 page.

If not, speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
