Change payment date

Hope you can help me ? 
I want to change my monthly payment date. 
I pay my bill the 26th every month I want to change it to the 28th of every month hope this can be done I would be very grateful.

Hi @Cw2 - This is something you’ll need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 ) - shortly after 8am this morning will offer best chances of getting onto the call queue - then hang in there and listen to the music until an agent picks up your call.
