Hi, 

 

Is there any easy way to change my billing date online?

Having trouble trying to do this

Ah yes the date needs to be done by customer service, sorry.
Call them free on 202 and you need around 6 clear days before your next direct debit is due to be taken so the systems all catch up with each other.

Log into your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 go to bills then manage details.
You'll need to set up a PIN the first time to access this section.

I have set up pin for this, however I can only see options for changing payment card and not bill date?
