Could I change my payment date from the 2nd December to the 9th December as I get paid on the 9th of every month

I'm also trying to change it but 202 will only take calls related to fraud. I can't pay now u till the end of the month so unsure what to do as I guess they will just cut me off f I cancel it

Use the fraud option. It doesn't matter, they have dealt with calls not associated with fraud during this crisis.
